How do you put AI and machine learning to work? From October 9th to 11th, MCubed will lead you past the utopian visions to reality and get you started on making your applications smarter, whether you’re a developer, architect or CIO looking to expand your skills, or planning a strategic change in your organisation’s direction.
A few years ago, AI and ML scientists with big ideas struggled to get their hands on data sets big enough to train their systems. Now developers, architects and CIOs are working out how to integrate these technologies with their organisations.
Thanks to the rise of big data and the internet of things, there is no shortage of data, giving more and more organisations the opportunity to embed artificial intelligence into their systems and products. Hardware has become more and more efficient, so that even complex techniques such as neural networks can be broadly adopted.
Applications for machine learning-based approaches range from autonomous cars, to traffic flow management, from homes that learn when to turn up the heating or send for help, to intelligent agents who grant online assistance or make decisions that affect our legal, financial or medical lives.
At M³ all this will be reflected in conference sessions and in-depth workshops that will get you familiar with basic concepts, help you determine which aspects of your products and systems would benefit from machine learning techniques, and incorporate and implement them accordingly. Meanwhile experts in the field will get a chance to dive deep, exchange experiences, get inspired by different approaches and use the conference as a platform to make new contacts to advance their projects.
