The Venue Expo announces move to Liverpool for 2015 show
On the opening day of The Venue Expo at EventCity, Manchester, the organiser, UKFE, has announced the 2015 edition of the show is to relocate to the Exhibition Centre Liverpool as part of the event's growth plans.
The show for MICE professionals opened today (1st September) with around 200 exhibitors.
Joseph Davies, Show Manager, commented: “Working alongside Exhibition Centre Liverpool will be the perfect way to showcase the potential and growth that a show like The Venue Expo has in this part of the UK, so we are excited to already be in the planning stages of the 2015 show.”
Tim Banfield, Commercial Director of ACC Liverpool, added: "Exhibition Centre Liverpool will be a new purpose-built event complex and will enable us to target larger national and international exhibitions and conferences, particularly those with plans for expansion such as The Venue Expo, which we look forward to welcoming next year as one of the initial events to take place at our new venue."
The Exhibition Centre will be integrated with ACC Liverpool which is currently home to BT Convention Centre and Echo Arena. The new complex will increase the existing 7,125sqm at ACC Liverpool to 15,225sqm of event facilities.
