DB Systems appoint new Technical Director
DB Systems, a leading audio-visual and IT hire provider to the events industry, has appointed Graham Croucher as Technical Director. Graham will join the company’s Senior Management Team and take responsibility for onsite delivery and project management.
Graham, who has over 20 years’ experience in providing audio-visual support to a wide range of clients in the events industry, will work closely with the current Operations Team and Project Managers to implement a number of new initiatives to facilitate productivity and improve delivery.
David Bulley, managing director at DB Systems, commented: “This is a significant appointment for us, and the first new addition to the Senior Management Team in almost a decade. We have enjoyed significant growth in recent years driven by our focus on excellent customer service and innovation. Graham will help us manage our continued growth by ensuring we remain efficient and agile and adaptable to customer needs. Graham’s arrival coincides with our planned move into new premises; the timing is hugely significant.”

I have worked in the events industry for over 20 years and, as a freelancer, have worked closely with DB’s clients and staff for the last 6 years so I already know the business and its customers very well.”
Graham will start on 31st March.
