Vitality Show to become BE:FIT
The Vitality Show, a health, beauty, fitness and wellbeing show, will be rebranding to BE:FIT London ahead of a move across London for next year’s event. The event, organised by VOS Media, is moving from Earls Court to Old Billingsgate and will run from 28 to 30 March 2014.
The organiser, who earlier this year had a majority stake bought by The Telegraph Group, claims the show attracts around 30,000 women each year.
Annual post-show visitor and exhibitor research reported a gradual decline in interest in the beauty and life-change zones and a continual growth in the fitness, health and nutrition zones, reflecting the current trend for women-only fitness communities and events.
Research also showed that women want to attend events in a less traditional exhibition space, triggering the move to Old Billingsgate.
Leigh Fergus, Show & Brand Manager, commented: “More and more women are looking for qualified expert advice, stylish performance wear and nutritional foods to help them achieve their fitness and health goals. BE:FIT London is here to give them the tools and know-how to do so in a supportive environment, as well as the chance to meet like-minded individuals for friendship and support along the way.”
