DB Systems offers new range of Personal Viewer Headsets for hire
Leading audio-visual supplier, DB Systems, has purchased 5 new Sony Personal 3D Viewer headsets for hire at events and exhibitions.
The headsets, which wrap around the eyes, allow the user to enjoy an immersive cinematic home entertainment experience, with surround sound and 2D or 3D viewing. The headsets are perfect for movies and gaming and are in hot demand from marketing agencies keen to create a compelling and unique brand experience at events. The headsets are a perfect fit for DB Systems, as their in-house content division, DBpixelhouse can create bespoke video or game content to be displayed on the headsets to truly bring a brands story to life.
The headsets have just returned from ESHRE, the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology’s annual event where they were used by a pharmaceutical supplier both to attract visitors to their stand and to showcase their latest products and solutions through a tailor-made piece of video content. DB Systems Sales & Marketing Director, Oliver Richardson, explained “Our client created a VIP area on their stand, equipped with funky egg chairs which envelop the visitor. Visitors sat in the chairs and watched the client’s video which creates a real sense of mystery and intrigue to passers-by who want to 'come and have a go' and see what they’re missing out on. You also have the visitors full attention in a unique way that is impossible to achieve with a plasma screen running a promo video on repeat. We’ve also used these units at exhibitions for gaming and again, they create a real buzz with visitors wanting to take part and experience the headsets for themselves.”
