Chris Skeith, former sales and exhibition manager at the Audit Bureau of Circulation, has joined the AEC in the role of deputy director. Not only that but he has also taken on the job of EIA project director. “I’m delighted to be joining the AEC and am really looking forward to working with contractors and suppliers to understand their needs, goals, and issues. I will endeavour to make sure that exhibition contractors are given a voice with both organisers and venues,” he says. “I see the EIA as a great step forward for all parties and feel it will really enable everyone to come together to push forward the events business, getting it more on the map with media buyers and government.”
