Tannoy to unveil new systems at London conference
<p>Tannoy has confirmed that it is to use the forthcoming PLASA 2008 show at London's Earls Court to showcase its latest loudspeaker range. </p><p>Having just last month been unveiled in Las Vegas, the company's VQ and QFlex lines have been designed with various conferencing and concert venues in mind, including large dance clubs, open-air venues and places of worship. </p><p>According to the press release from Tannoy put out to coincide with the launch, the new speakers are capable of ensuring a building maintains its unique acoustics without compromising on quality or volume. </p><p>Graham Hendry, director of business development at Tannoy, explained: "Through discussions with customers and consultants it soon became very obvious that the Tannoy VQ range had a much more diverse market appeal. </p><p>"VQ has already enjoyed a high profile install in one such alternate sector - at Ibiza's premier dance club, Es Paradis, which has been winning plaudits from clubbers and DJs alike since the start of the summer season."</p><p>PLASA 2008 is due to take place between 7th and 10th September, with thousands of delegates from within the audio technology department due to present their latest products. <img alt="ADNFCR-1753-ID-18717299-ADNFCR" src="http://feeds.directnews.co.uk/feedtrack/justcopyright.gif?feedid=1753&it..." /></p>
