Scottish food and drink organisations to take to exhibition stands
Scotland Food & Drink and East Lothian Food & Drink are to host stands at next year's ScotHot event.
The Scottish exhibition for hospitality, tourism and catering is set to take place from February 28th to March 2nd in Glasgow.
It will allow companies in the sector to showcase their products or services and meet buyers and decision makers from hotels, restaurants, bars and other venues.
Event organiser George Tsangari said that 2011 will be the first time Scotland Food & Drink and East Lothian Food & Drink have taken exhibition stands at the show.
"The response and support from exhibiting producers has been fantastic. The food and drink offering at ScotHot has always been popular with visitors, but this year it will really surpass all expectations," he added.
Other firms who have booked exhibition booths include Braehead Foods, Taste of Arran, Belhaven Fruit Farm, Loch Lomond Fine Foods and Nairns Oatcakes.
Last week, the organisers of the Event Production Show said that next year's event will play host to a higher number of large-space exhibitors than ever before.
