Nominations open for Exhibition News Awards 2014
The eighth annual Exhibition News Awards have opened nominations, ahead of the event on 3rd April 2014 at Excel London.
The 2014 awards will embrace the theme of mighty oaks growing from small acorns and will once again celebrate recognise the outstanding achievements across the exhibition industry with categories for the greatest shows, best venues and leading individuals.
Last year, Exhibition News received more than 200 nominations across 22 categories, with more than 800 people attending the awards ceremony.
Once the entries have been shortlisted, the judging panels, comprising organisers, suppliers and venues, will convene to provide the expert opinion and to debate the most worthy winners of the coveted titles. That will not change this year, but we will be refreshing some of the categories, and introducing new awards.
For 2014 there will be three new categories:
Best Feature Area will recognise and reward the organisers and suppliers who collaborate to create memorable spaces for attendees.
Best Use Of Digital will look at individuals who have embraced the online opportunity and produced outstanding, measurable results.
Best Marketing Campaign will reward the brand that has most enhanced its profile within the industry.
