12th April 2018: Taking place at The Guildhall, Bath in November this year, The National Outdoor Events Association (NOEA) has unveiled the theme and key speakers for its 2018 Convention. The convention theme is a return to 'traditional NOEA territory' with content challenging the 'It Could Never Happen to Me' approach of some within the industry.

NOEA President, Andy Grove commented "This is a return to classic, traditional NOEA territory," In the past we've looked at commercialisation, ethical business, and our relationship with brands. But the one thing that unites all our members is that we're the ones who build the foundations to make great events happen, and we do this by ensuring our events are safe and secure first."

Speakers will continue to be confirmed throughout the spring with the event taking place 22nd November at The Guildhall, Bath, ahead of the associaation's annual Awards Ceremony at The Pump Rooms, Bath, later in the evening.
