Interop London announced as flagship event of London Technology Week
Newly launched Interop London, the leading independent technology expo, will act as the headline IT event of London Technology Week 2015 with the London Technology Week Arena held in the centre of the show floor.
Interop London, organised by UBM, will showcase specialist suppliers and a dedicated Interop theatre delivering professional education around core issues facing businesses and IT professionals including network infrastructure, enterprise mobility, cloud computing, storage and security. Interop events take place around the world. Las Vegas is the flagship US event with annual international events in India, Japan and most recently, the UK.
London Technology Week was launched in 2014 by UBM Live in partnership with London & Partners and with the support of partners Tech London Advocates and Excel London. More than 40,000 people came together at 203 events across the capital, from large scale conferences to more intimate workshops and hackathons.
Interop London will welcome 8,000 IT and tech professionals to Excel during London Technology Week from a range of industries including telecoms, financial services, public sector, travel, hospitality, utilities, pharmaceuticals and retail.
Interactive features at the event will include the Tech Talent Zone, Future of Tech programme, a start-up showcase and the Interop Lab, a combination of which will provide opportunities for attendees to take part in live pitching, mentoring, training sessions, workshops and hack days.

Interop London will also feature a collaboration with global security trade show Black Hat. The Black Hat Zone will be in close proximity to UBM’s security show IFSEC International at Excel. Black Hat has standalone events in Las Vegas, Amsterdam and Singapore.
London Technology Week will take place from 15 to 21 June with Interop London running on 16-18 June.
