International Brands Look to Confex

A host of new international exhibitors are using International Confex as the perfect way to showcase their services to the UK events industry with representation at the show now confirmed across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, North and South America and Scandinavia.

On top of the strong destination showing, some of the leading international hotel brands including Dolce Hotels & Resorts, World Hotels, Ramada International, Melia Hotels International, and Hilton Worldwide will also be attending.

“We’re delighted to have such a strong global showing,” commented James Samuel, Event Director, International Confex. “Of particular note is the large contingent from Scandinavia from Visit Sweden, Innovation Norway and Visit Denmark. This is a growing territory for the UK event organisers and underlines the shows place in reflecting trends within the industry.”

“Scandinavia is a really important territory for our visitors so it is a territory we have been targeting for the international sector,” continues Sullens. “Scandinavia is increasing in popularity for both city based meetings, incentive travel and sporting and cultural retreats. These exhibitors will be an important addition to the show.”

New and returning international exhibitors at the show also include the Korea Tourism Organisation, Malta Tourism Authority, Canadian Tourism Commission, Cyprus Tourism Organisation, Turkish Culture & Tourism Office, Flanders-Brussels Convention Bureau, Meetings & Exhibitions Hong Kong, South Africa Tourism Board, Mexico Tourism Board and India Tourism.
