evvnt partners with Bookitbee
London-based event marketing specialist evvnt has partnered with Bookitbee, an online event registration and ticketing specialist, to provide an integrated solution for event organisers looking to sell tickets as well as market their event online.
Richard Green, evvnt’s CEO, explained the decision: “Our partnership with Bookitbee underlines our interest in working with ‘best of class’ event technology companies committed to providing event organisers with effective services. By adding evvnt to the organiser’s marketing tool box this will go some way towards becoming an essential part of their marketing mix to ensure they save time and money, whilst helping them to enhance their event’s online visibility through our Submit Once, Submit Everywhere event listing distribution service to create a buzz around their event and sell more tickets.”
Event organisers registering an event will now be able to click on ‘Tools’ and ‘Promote Your Event’ after registering and then pick one of four promotional bundles most relevant to their needs. From a training day and conference to a major exhibition and festival there is a bundle to suit the requirements of every event organiser. As an introductory offer and for a limited time, Bookitbee is subsidising use of the service and are offering a 50% discount.
Following submission, a specialist team reviews the listing manually to ensure it is placed on the most relevant sites for the event. A report in the form of a dashboard appears within 48 hours listing all the sites and apps the event has been placed on and where it has been published. The report also shows how many people your event has reached and the click traffic that has been generated.
Bookitbee Co-founder, Kenton Ward, commented: “This partnership completes the circle. Event organisers can register their event online and sell tickets to their event using our system but we wanted to take it a step further. Organisers can now choose to pay a small fee to promote their event quickly and easily to 50 event listing sites and networks saving hours of manual work. This is an additional marketing tool which can make a real impact on events.”
