<p>Exhibition and events <a href="http://www.tsnn.co.uk/display_systems/suppliers" target="self">display system </a>provider Nimlok has been named as one of the top 20 most environmentally-responsible companies in the UK.</p><p>The firm was placed at number 19 on The Sunday Times Green List, which takes into account the opinions of employees as well as the environmental performance, policies and practices of businesses.</p><p>Tim Perutz, managing director at the company, said: "The team at Nimlok have worked incredibly hard to make sure Nimlok is a leader on environmental issues."</p><p>Richard Caseby, managing editor of The Sunday Times, added that all the 60 firms that featured on the list were pioneers.</p><p>"All have a common sense of purpose about their corporate social responsibility," he stated.</p><p>In a survey of Nimlok's staff, 89 per cent said they believe that their colleagues "think green".</p><p>Meanwhile, Earls Court and Olympia Venues recently became one of the first <a href="http://www.tsnn.co.uk/event_management_organisers/suppliers" target="self">event organisers </a>to achieve the BS8901 standard for sustainability.<br/><img alt="ADNFCR-1753-ID-19188829-ADNFCR" src="http://feeds.directnews.co.uk/feedtrack/justcopyright.gif?feedid=1753&it..." /></p>
