DB Systems extends public sector work with appointment to Government Event Management Framework
DB Systems has partnered with Bray Leino, a leading UK integrated communications group, to deliver communications services and audio-visual equipment hire as part of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Event Management Framework.
The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) works with both public sector departments and organisations to ensure maximum value is extracted from every commercial relationship and to improve the quality of service delivery. Their Event Management Framework - which is an EU approved competitive tendering and procurement process - can be used by organisations across the UK public sector to source suppliers. Organisations who use the Framework include central government, local government, health, education, emergency services, defence and not-for-profit organisations to source suppliers.
As one of the contractors awarded a place on the Event Management Framework - predicted to be worth £50 million over four years - DB Systems will provide audio visual equipment and connectivity support to a wide range of public sector contracts from small meetings to large outdoor events.
Oliver Richardson, Sales and Marketing Director at DB Systems, commented: “Achieving a place on the CCS Event Management Framework involved extensive evaluation and competitive benchmarking of suppliers, so our appointment is a clear demonstration of our commitment to delivering value and our ability to deliver. We’re really looking forward to providing our services and support on a diverse range of projects across the public sector.”
Giles Lee, Executive Chairman at Bray Leino said: “We have a fantastic team who I know are really looking forward to the opportunity to deliver outstanding conferences & events globally on behalf of the Public Sector."
