Conference to boost new technology businesses
<p>People with new technology ideas can gather at the Cambridge Enterprise Conference to show their idea to potential investors.</p><p>New businesses and inventors can attend the tenth annual event, which will see the media and potential partners converge to see the latest enterprising ideas.</p><p>Held on September 23rd at the St John's Innovation Centre, the Diving with Dolphins: Navigating International Waters event can be great for entrepreneurs, organisers stated.</p><p>Helen Goldrein, public relations consultant for the event, said: "They benefited greatly from the positioning and messaging advice they were given, along with the media coverage and exposure with potential customers, partners and investors."</p><p>Businesspeople can show their idea at any stage of production, with previous events seeing prototypes, scale models and completed innovations.</p><p>Those presenting at the exhibition are also encouraged to use different means to attract people to their stand, with previous years seeing online demos, interactive videos and live animals.<br/> <br/>Businesspeople wanting to get more visitors to their invention may want to use music, as recent research by business advisory service MusicWorks found traffic can increase by 87 per cent with the use of songs.<img alt="ADNFCR-1753-ID-19236086-ADNFCR" src="http://feeds.directnews.co.uk/feedtrack/justcopyright.gif?feedid=1753&it..." /></p>
