AEO Conference 2015 programme announced
The AEO Conference 2015, which is to be held at the Hilton Metropole, Brighton on 3rd and 4th September, will focus on authenticity in the events industry.
The conference, chaired by Naga Munchetty, presenter of BBC Breakfast, will feature inspirational speaker and coach Craig Goldblatt as the keynote. For over a decade Craig has delivered in excess of 500 keynote presentations to audiences from around the world. Craig's business management coaching focuses on the power of self belief, learning how to see opportunities, setting and achieving goals, and creating an inner strength.
Chris Skeith, CEO of the AEO, commented: “We are excited about this years’ conference. The speaker line-up is fantastic and locating the conference outside of the hustle and bustle of London means that delegates will be able to focus solely on learning from the wealth of experience on offer.
“This year we have decided to run the conference over two days and Naga Munchetty will join us on both days to introduce the programme and review the sessions at the close of each day. In addition, Naga will also deliver a pre-dinner speech on the first day of the conference.”
The sessions include: An holistic view of event objectives and the role of data with 'Measuring the Unmeasurable' led by Simon Parker, Managing Director at UBM Live London; a look at the real focus post ‘big data’ and ‘digital’ with 'Next Generation Marketing' led by Andrew Evans, Managing Director of Centaur Exhibitions; and 'First Impressions Count', looking at what the events industry can learn from other customer service sectors, led by Phil Soar, Chairman and investor in International Media Groups.
