The dates for this year’s Lean Construction Training Day and Summit are; LCI-UK Training Day on Wednesday 31^st October and LCI-UK Summit on Thursday 1^st November with the Pre-Summit dinner taking place on the Wednesday evening, as usual. The events will be held at Birmingham Metropolitan College and the dinner will be held at Clayton Hotel (formerly Hotel LaTour).  The theme for this year’s Summit is Lean Productivity; From Design to Delivery.
