To create work, to create interesting things and be creative in a lot of different ways. Not just one single aspect; not just painting, not just sculptures, not just cloth or jewelry. My whole fiber is made up of design. I see joy in most things, I see joy that can be derived from color. For me joy doesn’t come in black and brown it comes in all different colors. My whole being is made up of beautiful people around me who make me smile. I think about what I can do to make them smile.

The most important thing to an artist is to be unique and to do something only you can do in your way. If you can get that right then there’s something beautiful happening within yourself and also the people around you.''
