TV Chef Simon Rimmer Announced as Keynote Speaker at #CHS19

Celebrating its 10th anniversary on Tuesday 30th April, The Conference & Hospitality Show is pleased to announce popular television chef, Simon Rimmer as its Keynote speaker.

 

Simon will be ‘in conversation’ with the chair of the CHS Awards, Samme Allen who will lead a Q&A session taking questions from the floor. Simon admits his passion for food began as a restaurateur and continues to cook in the restaurants which he enjoys immensely as it also keeps him in touch with changing culinary trends.

Simon looks ahead to the C&H Show and said: “I love being able to interact with a live audience and share stories and experience. I understand that this is a tenth-anniversary show so I’m expecting a lively bunch of people. I’m particularly looking forward to being in a room of hospitality professionas and find out what’s new and innovative in the industry.”

As addition to his talents, Simon has written and published five successful books and he regularly contributes to food magazines including Delicious, Olive, BBC Good Food Magazine and Vegetarian Living. He has in the past appeared at BBC Good Food Show and Grand Designs live, as well as many local and regional evens across the UK.

The 10th-anniversary #CHS19 features several panel sessions throughout the day tailored towards event professionals, PAs and EA’s.  Founder of Practically Perfect PA, Nicky Christmas, will head-up panel discussion - how to create an amazing partnership with your boss.  Jonny Ross, of Fleek Marketing, Liz Taylor, founder and managing director of Taylor Lynn Corporate and Nick Tinker, regional business development manager of CrowdCompass by CVENT, will take delegates through the future of events.   Gavin Ingham, TED talker, coach and motivational speaker, will deliver his I am 10 presentation, a strategy to help delegates, be more, do more and have more in business and in life.
